Suite 103 is a ground floor one-bathroom suite with a king bed and sleeper sofa, sleeping up to four guests. The layout mirrors Suite 102 in every measured specification provided by the property.

No washer and dryer is included. For a group of four who want ground floor convenience without any difference in amenities from Suite 102, Suite 103 is a direct alternative — useful to know when one unit is already booked.

Suite 104 is a ground floor unit sleeping four guests across one king bed and one sleeper sofa, in one bathroom. The bed listing notes the sleeper sofa first in the property's own description, though the configuration is functionally identical to Suites 102 and 103.

Suite 204 is the only suite across the entire property sleeping exactly five guests, sitting in one bathroom on the second floor. The bed configuration is one king bed plus one sleeper sofa — the same as the four-guest king suites — but the property lists it at a maximum occupancy of five, adding one additional guest over those units.

No washer and dryer is included. Suite 204 is the right choice for groups that are too large for the four-guest suites but do not need the six or seven-guest capacity of the larger units.

The configuration — one queen bed, one full bed, and one sleeper sofa — offers the most varied sleeping surface sizes of any suite on the property outside of Suite 107.

A washer and dryer is included, making it one of four laundry-equipped suites in the building. For a group of six who want laundry but prefer a queen-and-full bed mix over the king-plus-twins layout of Suites 201 and 205, Suite 206 is the only option available.
