Best Florida Hotel Deals Across the Sunshine State
$13 – $88+Price Range / Night
350 – 900Sq Ft Range
2 – 4Guests Per Suite
The best Florida hotel deals currently range from $129 per night in Key West to over $285 for beachfront resorts in the Florida Keys, with savings of up to 52% available across the state's top destinations. What separates Florida's strongest deals from standard rates are added-value perks: waived resort fees, daily food and beverage credits, free nights, and bundled resort credits that can offset $100–$496 of your stay costs. This page groups the top verified deals by region so you can compare properties, price tiers, and perk structures side by side.
Florida's deal landscape spans six distinct regions, each with a different price floor and deal structure. Knowing which region matches your budget and travel style is the fastest way to narrow your search.
The Florida Keys consistently draw the most deal activity, with properties in Key West, Key Largo, and Marathon competing on free-night offers, resort credits, and complimentary breakfast. South Florida — covering Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Hollywood — offers strong percentage-off deals at full-service beachfront resorts, often with waived resort fees and welcome perks. The Gulf Coast (Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Fort Myers, and Sarasota) delivers solid value at 4-star resorts, with prices dropping sharply from late spring through September. Orlando packages bundle theme park access with hotel stays, making per-person pricing the more useful metric there.
For travelers flexible on destination, the single strongest signal is the deal type: a 30% rate reduction at a $400/night resort may deliver less value than a Stay 5 / Pay 4 structure at a $200/night property if you're staying five or more nights. The sections below break each region down with specific properties and current pricing.
Florida Keys hotel deals
The Florida Keys have more active hotel deals per square mile than any other Florida region. Properties in Key West, Key Largo, Marathon, and the Lower Keys are competing on free nights, resort credits, and bundled breakfast — often simultaneously.
Key West properties cluster around two deal types: percentage-off rates (typically 30%) and perk-heavy packages with waived resort fees and complimentary extras. Marathon and Key Largo properties more commonly use resort credit structures ($50–$300) and free-night offers. Travelzoo currently lists 22 Florida deals, with the Keys accounting for the largest share of that inventory.
For couples or travelers seeking island-hopping flexibility, the regional pass-style offer covering Islamorada, Marathon, Key Largo, Key West, and the Lower Keys (up to 52% off, valid spring and summer 2026) is the broadest-coverage deal in the state. Individual property deals are better suited to travelers committed to one base location.
Up to 52% off across five Keys destinations — highest Florida discount on Travelzoo
Valid spring and summer 2026 across Islamorada, Marathon, Key Largo, Key West, and the Lower Keys
This regional offer covers stays across five Florida Keys destinations: Islamorada, Marathon, Key Largo, Key West, and the Lower Keys. The deal runs through spring and summer 2026 with savings of up to 52% compared to standard rates, making it the highest-percentage discount currently listed for Florida on Travelzoo.
It suits travelers who want flexibility to move between islands rather than anchor at one resort. The discount applies across multiple properties, so the effective saving depends on the nightly rate at the specific hotel you select within the program.

1 Queen or 2 QueensBeds

The Travelzoo deal bundles complimentary daily breakfast, a waived resort fee, and additional extras — a package valued at up to $120 in included perks on top of savings of up to 48%.

Southernmost Beach Resort — Key West, near Duval Street
Resort Room
Save 30% through December — flat discount, no credit system
Near Duval Street; beach access on-site
Southernmost Beach Resort is offering 30% off through December, positioning it as one of the more straightforward discount structures in Key West — no credit system to navigate, just a flat rate reduction applied across eligible dates. The property is located near Duval Street, Key West's main commercial and entertainment corridor.
For travelers comparing Key West options, the Blue Flamingo Resort offers more bundled value (breakfast, waived resort fee) from $129/night, while Southernmost suits those who prefer a simpler discount structure at a property with direct beach access.

The Marker Key West Harbor Resort — Key West Harbor
Harbor Resort Room
Save 30% through December — same structure as Southernmost Beach Resort
Harbor-facing location; marina and water views
The Marker Key West Harbor Resort is also running a 30% savings offer valid through December. As a harbor-facing property, its location differs from oceanfront Key West resorts — guests get marina and water views rather than open Atlantic exposure. This can be a meaningful distinction for travelers prioritizing sunset views over swimming beaches.
Both The Marker and Southernmost Beach Resort are running identical 30% discount structures through December, so the choice between them comes down to location preference: harbor-side versus beachfront.

Playa Largo Resort & Spa Autograph Collection — Key Largo
Resort Room (3+ Night Stay)
$300 resort credit on 3+ night stays — valid April 19 through December 13
Autograph Collection property; credit covers dining, spa, or activities
Playa Largo Resort & Spa, part of Marriott's Autograph Collection, offers a $300 resort credit on stays of three or more nights. The deal runs from April 19 through December 13, giving it one of the longer booking windows of any Florida Keys property currently available.
A $300 resort credit at a premium Autograph Collection property covers meaningful spend — meals, spa treatments, or water activities. For travelers planning a 3–5 night stay who intend to use resort amenities heavily, this structure can deliver more effective value than a flat percentage discount.

Baker's Cay Resort Key Largo, Curio Collection by Hilton — Key Largo
Resort Room (Stay 5/Pay 4 Package)
Stay 5 / Pay 4 with daily $40 food and beverage credit
Included extras valued at $200; book-by date was April 19, 2026
Baker's Cay Resort Key Largo, a Curio Collection by Hilton property, is running a Stay 5 / Pay 4 offer via Costco Travel, with a daily $40 food and beverage credit added on top. The package includes extras valued at $200 in total, and the book-by deadline was April 19, 2026 — so availability depends on current booking status.
The Stay 5 / Pay 4 structure means a five-night stay is priced as four, which equates to a 20% room-rate reduction before factoring in the daily F&B credit. For Key Largo, this is one of the stronger free-night deal structures available.
3rd night free, May through October; 2 heated pools on-site
Daily happy hour with live music at on-site restaurant
Faro Blanco Resort in Marathon is offering a 3rd Night Free deal valid May through October, making it one of the most direct free-night structures in the Florida Keys. The property has two heated pools, and Lighthouse Kitchen and Bar is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on-site. There is also a daily happy hour with live music.
The Courtyard by Marriott Faro Blanco Resort (a separate property in Marathon) offers a $150 resort credit on 3+ night stays from June 11 through October 31 — a different deal structure on a nearby campus. If you prefer a Marriott loyalty connection, the Courtyard version applies points earning; the Curio by Hilton property does the same through Hilton Honors.

Grassy Flats Resort and Beach Club — Marathon, Florida Keys
Beachfront Resort Room
Complimentary kayaks and paddleboards included; adults-only pool available
From $285/night Mon–Thu, May 19–November 30
Grassy Flats Resort and Beach Club in Marathon is priced from $285 per night on Monday through Thursday stays, with the deal running from May 19 through November 30. The resort has two pools — one for adults only — plus a hot tub, and complimentary use of kayaks and paddleboards is included. It is a beachfront property offering both sunrise and sunset exposure.
At $285/night, this is the highest price-floor of the Marathon properties listed, but the inclusion of non-motorized water sports adds meaningful per-day value, particularly for active travelers. Isla Bella Beach Resort in Marathon (4th night free through December) is the closest comparison for stays of four or more nights.
From$285/ night
Casa Marina Curio Collection by Hilton — Key West
Beachfront Room (Package with Rental Car)
Largest private beach in Key West — rare on this island
Daily resort fee included and full-size rental car bundled in package
Casa Marina Key West, a Curio Collection by Hilton property, is offered through Costco Travel with the daily resort fee included and a full-size rental car bundled into the package. The property holds the largest private beach in Key West, which is a meaningful differentiator on an island where public beach access is limited.
The bundled rental car removes a significant added cost for travelers planning to explore beyond Key West, though driving a car on Key West's narrow streets is optional — the island is easily walkable from Casa Marina's location.

South Florida hotel deals
South Florida's deal corridor runs from Miami Beach north through Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and Deerfield Beach. Properties here tend to be larger full-service resorts where waived resort fees, welcome drinks, and resort credits form the core deal structure.
Fort Lauderdale has two competing Travelzoo-listed properties at different price points and deal types: the Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach ($129–$149/night, up to 49% off) and The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort ($179/night, up to 60% off). The Hollywood and Deerfield Beach markets offer a different profile — larger resort campuses with recent renovations, positioned between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Miami Beach's Nobu Hotel offers the largest single-property perk package ($496 in extras) but at a significantly higher price point.
For South Florida, the effective value of a deal depends heavily on whether you'd use the resort amenities. A waived $50/night resort fee at a property you use daily is more valuable than a $100 one-time resort credit at a property where you spend most of your time off-site.
The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood — Hollywood Beach (between Miami and Fort Lauderdale)
Hollywood Beach voted Best Beach of 2025 by Miami New Times
The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood is priced from $162 per night on select dates through September 7. The Travelzoo deal includes a one-time $100 resort credit, 2 welcome drinks upon arrival, waived resort fee, and beach loungers — perks with a combined value of $189. The resort sits in Hollywood, which was voted Best Beach of 2025 in the Miami New Times Reader's Choice awards.
The property's pool areas and public spaces have been recently renovated, and Playa Beach Bar & Grill serves Latin-inspired cuisine and tropical cocktails oceanside. Intracoastal View Rooms are available within the deal in addition to other room types. The location sits between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, making it a central base for accessing both cities.

Lona Cocina on-site serves Mexican cuisine with ocean views, and guests have access to beach chairs and nonmotorized water sports. The property earned an 87% Enjoyed This rating from 47 Travelzoo members. For South Florida, The Westin offers the Sonesta's deal period (through September) at a higher price point but extends availability further into October.

Hotel Maren Fort Lauderdale Beach — Fort Lauderdale Beach
Hotel Room
Waived resort fee, daily F&B credit, and valet parking discount included
Extras valued at $176; best Fort Lauderdale option for drive-in guests
Hotel Maren Fort Lauderdale Beach is available through Costco Travel with a waived daily resort fee, daily food and beverage credit, and a daily discount on valet parking. The total included extras are valued at $176. This is a more operations-focused perk set than the Westin or Sonesta deals — particularly useful for travelers arriving by car who would otherwise pay for both valet and a resort fee.
Among Fort Lauderdale's current deals, Hotel Maren offers the most practical savings for drive-in guests, while the Sonesta and Westin are better positioned for those arriving by flight who prioritize beach proximity and poolside dining.

Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort — Deerfield Beach, South Florida

The deal includes free self-parking, which is a meaningful benefit in South Florida where parking fees are common.
The property includes beach chair, towel, and umbrella rentals in the resort fee, and guests are steps from the International Fishing Pier. Ocean View King Rooms and City View Two Queen Rooms are both available within the offer. The Patio Bar & Grill on-site provides casual beachside dining.

Nobu Hotel Miami Beach — Miami Beach
Hotel Room (Package with Resort Credit and Transfers)
$496 in included extras — highest value perk package of any Florida property listed
Private transfers and waived resort fee included; best for committed Miami Beach travelers
Nobu Hotel Miami Beach through Costco Travel is the premium-tier Miami deal, with a resort credit, waived daily resort fee, and private transfers included. The total value of included extras reaches $496 — the highest of any single-property Florida deal listed across sources. This makes it the deal most suited to travelers who were already planning to stay at a high-end Miami Beach property.
The private transfers component distinguishes this package from other Miami deals, effectively removing airport-to-hotel transportation costs. For budget-conscious travelers, the Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort at $209–$269/night with a 97% satisfaction rating represents a stronger value position than Nobu's premium price point.

The Stay 6 / Pay 5 deal effectively adds a 16.7% room rate discount to the F&B credit, making it competitive for extended stays.
Palm Beaches sits between Miami and the Treasure Coast, offering a less crowded beachfront experience than Miami Beach at what is likely a lower base rate — though specific nightly pricing is not listed in current sources.

Gulf Coast and Tampa Bay hotel deals
The Gulf Coast stretches from Clearwater and St. Petersburg south through Fort Myers, Naples, and Sarasota. Deals here are strongest in the shoulder and summer months, when Atlantic-side Florida tourists head elsewhere but Gulf water temperatures remain warm.
Clearwater Beach and Sand Key offer two distinct personalities: Clearwater is the busier, better-known stretch, while Sand Key (where the Sheraton sits) is described as a quieter beach town just adjacent to it. St. Petersburg's SkyBeach Resort anchors the southern end of the city's beach corridor. Fort Myers brings a Curio Collection by Hilton into play, and Sarasota offers a limited-time Marriott deal with one of the stronger free-stay structures (Stay 4 / Pay 3) in the state.
For Gulf Coast travelers comparing options: the Clearwater Beach Sheraton on Sand Key (90% satisfaction, $179–$199/night) is the most reviewed and rated property in this region. SkyBeach Resort ($139–$179/night) is priced $40/night less and sits on the quieter southern end of St. Pete, 10 minutes from downtown.
90% satisfaction from 60 ratings — largest Gulf Coast review sample listed
13 acres of private beach; complimentary golf cart to beach included
The Clearwater Beach Sheraton Resort on Sand Key is priced from $179 to $199 per night for most dates between May 24 and September 30, with up to 45% off standard rates. It sits on 13 acres of private beach on Sand Key, a quieter stretch adjacent to Clearwater Beach proper. The property earned a 90% Enjoyed This rating from 60 Travelzoo members — the largest review sample of any Gulf Coast property in the current deal pool.
A complimentary golf cart service runs guests directly to the beach, and guests can choose between an oceanfront pool or the private beach. Rusty's Bistro is the on-site dining option, and firepits are available for evening use. Traditional King and Two Queen Rooms are both available within the offer.

SkyBeach Resort — Southern St. Pete Beach
Deluxe Oasis King Room
KingBeds
From $139/night — up to $60/night less than Clearwater Beach Sheraton
Up to 52% off; 10-minute drive to downtown St. Pete attractions

It sits on the quieter southern end of St. Pete and earned an 84% Enjoyed This rating from 51 Travelzoo members. The SkyBar & Grille is the on-site food and beverage option, with views included. Downtown St. Pete is a 10-minute drive away.
Compared to the Clearwater Beach Sheraton on Sand Key ($179–$199/night), SkyBeach is $40/night less at the low end and targets travelers who want a beach base with easy downtown access rather than an immersive resort campus.

Sunseeker Resort Florida Gulf Coast, Curio Collection by Hilton — Fort Myers, Gulf Coast
Resort Room
Daily $50 resort credit plus waived mandatory resort fee; extras valued at $190
Curio Collection by Hilton — eligible for Hilton Honors points
Sunseeker Resort on Florida's Gulf Coast is available through Costco Travel with a daily $50 resort credit and waived mandatory daily resort fee. The total included extras are valued at $190. It is a Curio Collection by Hilton property, making it eligible for Hilton Honors points earning.
The $50 daily resort credit stacks well for multi-night stays — a 4-night trip generates $200 in resort credit, which combined with the waived resort fee represents significant savings for guests who plan to use the property's amenities. For Gulf Coast beach-and-resort travelers, this is the strongest daily-credit deal in the Fort Myers–Naples corridor.

Palmetto Resort Marriott — Sarasota
Resort Room (Stay 4/Pay 3 Package)
Stay 4 / Pay 3 plus waived resort fee and free self-parking; extras valued at $280
Book-by date was April 16, 2026 — confirm current availability
The Palmetto Resort Marriott in Sarasota is running a Stay 4 / Pay 3 deal through Costco Travel, with the mandatory daily resort fee waived and daily self-parking included at no charge. Extras across the package are valued at $280 — the second-highest single-property extra value of any Costco Travel Florida deal listed. The book-by deadline was April 16, 2026, so availability may be limited.
The Stay 4 / Pay 3 structure equates to a 25% room rate reduction before factoring in the waived resort fee and parking. For Sarasota, which offers miles of Gulf Coast coastline and cultural attractions including the Ringling Museum of Art, this is currently the primary deal-structure option available.

The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club, Autograph Collection — Downtown St. Petersburg
Resort Room (Package with Rental Car)
Full-size rental car included — valuable during Florida's summer peak season
Daily $25 resort credit; downtown St. Pete location near museums and waterfront
The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club, an Autograph Collection property in St. Petersburg, is listed through Costco Travel with a daily $25 resort credit and a full-size rental car included. The bundled car is a notable addition — rental cars in Florida summer peak season carry meaningful added cost, so having it pre-included simplifies budgeting. The total included extras are valued at $50.
As a historic Autograph Collection property in downtown St. Petersburg, The Vinoy is distinct from the beachfront SkyBeach Resort: it suits travelers who want a city-based hotel with golf access and a rental car for day trips to area beaches rather than direct beach-in-front access.

Orlando hotel deals
Orlando is Florida's most searched hotel destination, accounting for 38% of all Florida hotel searches on KAYAK. Deals here are structured differently from beach resorts: theme park access, bundled tickets, and early park admission replace the resort credit and waived fee structures common on the coasts.
KAYAK data shows Orlando 3-star hotels from $48/night and 4-star properties from $81/night — the lowest price floors of any major Florida destination. For best value, KAYAK identifies the Delta Hotels by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista at $81/night and the Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre at $87/night as the top 4-star value picks. Both offer fitness centers, shuttle service, and family-friendly suites.
For theme park travelers, Costco Travel's Orlando packages bundle Universal Orlando Resort or Walt Disney World tickets with hotel stays, often adding early park admission and digital Costco Shop Cards. The JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes is positioned at the premium end, with roundtrip flights plus 3 nights from $738 per person from Atlanta. Marriott's Grande Vista in Orlando offers a simpler hotel-only deal: Stay Longer and Save up to 20% off.
Walt Disney World Resort On-Site Collection — Lake Buena Vista, Orlando
On-Site Resort Room
Includes complimentary admission to one Disney Water Park
On-site location eliminates resort transportation delays to parks
Costco Travel's Walt Disney World Resort on-site package is described as a stay in the heart of the resort's campus, with access to four enchanting theme parks and complimentary admission to one of the Disney Water Parks. The package structure prioritizes immersion: staying on-site at Walt Disney World reduces transportation time significantly compared to off-property hotels.
Walt Disney World's four theme parks — Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Animal Kingdom, and Disney's Hollywood Studios — plus two water parks (Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon) and Disney Springs are all accessible. The on-site collection includes multiple hotel tiers within the resort.

Universal Orlando's current campus includes four parks: Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Epic Universe (the newest addition), and Universal Volcano Bay water park, plus Universal CityWalk.
Seven days for the price of five represents a 28.6% ticket-day reduction. For families spending a full week in Orlando, this package structure offers more effective value than per-day ticket purchasing at standard rates.

The JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes is positioned as the premium Orlando hotel option, with roundtrip flights plus 3 nights priced from $738 per person from Atlanta (MCO). As a 4-star-plus property, it sits above the Delta Hotels and Courtyard by Marriott value options ($81–$87/night) by a significant margin but offers a full-service resort experience rather than a functional hotel stay near the parks.
KAYAK identifies two nearby properties as the top value picks for 4-star Orlando: the Delta Hotels by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista at $81/night and the Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre at $87/night — both with shuttle service and family-friendly suites.

Florida hotel prices: what to expect by season
Florida hotel pricing is highly seasonal, and timing your stay by even one month can reduce nightly rates by 30–40%. The data below comes from KAYAK's pricing analysis across thousands of Florida hotel searches.
The average price of a double room in Florida is $231 per night. September is the cheapest month to book, with average rates of $183/night — a meaningful drop from February's peak average of $303/night. August and September are both low-season months with below-average pricing. December is the highest-season month for hotel prices.
For day-of-week booking, Sunday offers the lowest average rates at $237/night, while Saturday is consistently the most expensive at $284/night. For a weekend trip, arriving Friday and checking out Sunday will typically cost more than an equivalent Sunday–Wednesday stay.
By star tier, KAYAK found: 4-star hotels from $81/night in Orlando (best value 4-star market in Florida), 3-star Fort Lauderdale from $69/night, and 4-star Miami Beach from $103/night. Key West has the highest price floor — 3-star properties start around $197/night and 4-star from $220/night — regardless of season.
Cheapest month: September (avg $183/night)
Most expensive month: February (avg $303/night)
Cheapest day to book: Sunday (avg $237/night)
Most expensive day: Saturday (avg $284/night)
Low season: August and September
Tropical Storm Season: June through November
Florida's average Fahrenheit temperatures range from 75–76°F in winter (December–February) to 88–90°F in summer (June–August). Spring (March–May) averages 78–85°F. Summer pricing drops significantly despite warm weather because of hurricane season risk and school calendars — making June through September the window where deals like those from Travelzoo and Costco Travel concentrate most heavily.
How to find the best Florida hotel deals
Florida deal structures vary more than most U.S. beach destinations. Understanding what type of deal fits your trip length and travel style prevents paying full rate when a better structure exists.
Match deal type to trip length. Free-night offers (3rd night free, Stay 5/Pay 4) deliver more value the longer you stay. A 3rd Night Free deal on a $200/night hotel saves $200 over three nights — equivalent to a 33% discount. A 30% flat discount on the same hotel saves $60/night every night. For stays of seven nights or more, flat-percentage deals outperform one-free-night structures. For stays of exactly three nights, the 3rd Night Free is typically better.
Compare resort credit against waived resort fees. A $300 resort credit assumes you'll spend it on-property. If you plan to eat off-site and leave the hotel early each day, a waived $50/night resort fee over a 5-night stay ($250 saved) may deliver more real-world value than a $300 credit you won't fully use.
Book on Sunday, travel in September. KAYAK data shows Sunday has the lowest average Florida hotel rates ($237/night) and September is the cheapest month overall ($183/night average). Combining both can reduce rates significantly versus a Saturday check-in in February.
Use loyalty programs alongside deal platforms. Costco Travel packages at Marriott Autograph Collection and Hilton Curio properties remain eligible for Marriott Bonvoy or Hilton Honors points earning. Vacations by Marriott Bonvoy explicitly allows earning points on bundled packages, and bundling flight + hotel saves up to 20% while still accumulating points.
Watch book-by dates. Multiple current deals have explicit book-by deadlines (Baker's Cay: April 19, 2026; Palmetto Resort: April 16, 2026). These are not travel-by dates — the deal rate expires on the book-by date even if travel occurs months later. Check current availability directly before assuming a listed deal is still active.
